Description of the vacation house
"Villa Niki" of Butijer Pero in Cavtat



The house is situated in an area, which covers ca. 500 m2, with a wonderful view of the sea, the bay Cavtat. The house disposes of 3 apartments and 2 rooms.
The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
The house has a central heating and makes this a pleasant stay over the whole year, because it takes guests the whole year. EA grill is also at your disposal.
There is also a house-owned parking place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces for cars.
One finds several restaurants, fashion shops, cafès, grocery stores, discos, post offices, banks and exchange

offices round around the vacation home. A hairdresser's shop and a laundry are situated in the house.The owner organizes transfers from the airport for guests arriving by plane.
