The holiday home "Borne" with Swimmingpool is a new and modern nine apartment building about 500 m from the beach. The vacation house is placed in a very attractive area of Dubrovnik (Lapad).The distance of the house up to the sea amounts to 150m. An imposing architecture and unforgettable outlook are distinguishing features of this house. The nine apartments of from 28 to 60 square metres in size, all with a wonderful outlook, assure your comfortable and memorable holiday. All the apartments are fully air-conditioned with kitchen and eating area, living room, bedroom with double bed, SAT/TV, shower/WC and terrace complete with table and chairs (and a view over the sea or park ). The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place. The historical centre of Dubrovnik can be reached extremely well with public transports (bus) on streets in an excellent condition. You can reach the old part of town with the bus in 10 minutes. Only 500 m from the house there are several restaurants and shops, post office, bank and an exchange office.
Mr. Butigan will pick you up whether you arrive by plane, on a ship, with bus and will drive you back on your departure day.
