The house with a ca. 600 m2 large property and two romantic
terraces, with a beautiful view of the sea, is situated in a
green area and offers ideal conditions to all, who are looking
for recovery and silence.
Distance up to the sea of 20 meters, and to the small lake of
200 meters. Swimming facilities: Rocky, gravelled and sandy
beaches are only 50 and 200 metres from the house. The house
has 4 rooms and 5 apartment. The
apartments have a kitchen, a dining-room, separated bedrooms
with folding beds, bathroom with shower, WC and a balcony with
view on the sea.
Furthermore there is a house-owned parking.
The guest can choose between overnight stay, overnight stay
with breakfast or half board.
The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely
furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the
consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
The landlord runs a restaurant in which
he predominantly uses biological and fresh indgredients.
The guests receive a Rabat in this restaurant from 10 %.
The specialities of the restaurant are all fresh and are fished
daily from the sea. In the restaurant fish specialities, crustaceans
and mussels are served as fish meals.
Shopping facilities are within easy walking or driving distances.
