The real estate is situated directly by the mouth of the big lake (National Park).The distance to a beautiful beach only comes to 10 metres and is located in a magnificent atmosphere.
The house has 4 apartments which all disposes of a kitchen and separated bedrooms. 2 apartments have a double room and an extra bed for 2 people, and 4 rooms. Furthermore they dispose of a bathroom with shower / toilet and a balcony with an amazing view to the Adriatic Sea.
Die anderen 2 Appartements verfügen nur über ein Doppellbett, eine Dusche/WC und einen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer.
Furthermore there is a house-owned parking.
The apartment is ideal for families with children and for elderly people.
The house can be rented all over the year.
Shopping facilities are within easy driving distance (3 kilometres). Medical services are only in a distance of 3000 metres. Next a police station is situated 25 kilometres away. A petrol station is located in a distance of 30 kilometres.
