The house is situated in an area, which covers ca. 300 m2, with
a wonderful view of the sea, the bay Polace.
The house disposes of 4 apartments and 4 rooms.
It has a wonderful, covered terrace and it's only 30 meters
from a very beautiful beach away. The apartments have a kitchen,
a dining-room, separated bedrooms with folding beds, bathroom
with shower, and a balcony. The house can be rented all year
long, and it's equipped with an electronic heating, which also
enables stays in the colder months of the year. The price for
the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets,
completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and
cutlery as well as the consumption of electricity and water.
A grill is also at your disposal.There
is also a house-owned parking place.There is only a 150 meters
distance up to the restaurant and supermarket.
Heavenly conditions offer the crystal-clear sea with his lovely
blue colour as well as the unique nature landscape for divers.
All guests, who decide to spend their holiday in that house are given a reward of an unforgettable peace. |
