The house with a ca. 600 m2 large property and two romantic
terraces, with a beautiful view of the sea, is situated in a
green area and offers ideal conditions to all, who are looking
for recovery and silence.
It is surrounded by an umbrella pine forest.
The house has 2 air-conditioned apartments. They dispose of
a kitchen, a dining-room, separated bedrooms with folding beds,
bathroom with shower and WC.
Furthermore there is a house-owned parking.
One of the beaches is located in front of the house (30).
The apartments can be rented all year long, and it's equipped
with an electronic heating, which also enables stays in the
colder months of the year. The price for the accommodation includes
towels, bed linen without beach sheets, a completely furnished
kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption
of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
You can in the place Pomena find several restaurants, supermarkets,
a hotel and caffè-bars, only 300 m. further away.
The landlord owns a motorboat (4.5 m long) which can be hired
too.
Heavenly conditions offer the crystal-clear sea with his lovely
blue colour as well as the unique nature landscape for divers.
