The multilingual led house is situated in a very nice. The
house is situated in an area, which covers ca. 400 m2, with
a wonderful view of the sea, the bay Polace. The house is
distant only 10 meters from the sea. The house disposes of
4 STUDIO apartments and 5 room. The rooms and apartments are very
fashionably equipped. There is also a house-owned parking
place in front of the house which disposes of parking spaces
for cars. The price for the accommodation includes towels,
bed linen without beach sheets, completely furnished kitchen
with all necessary crockery and cutlery as well as the consumption
of electricity and water.The guest can choose between overnight
stay, overnight stay with breakfast. Shopping facilities are
within easy walking or driving distances. There are several
restaurants round around the vacation house. The restaurants
offers exquisite meals of the local and the international
kitchen, particularly always fresh fish specialities and seafood.
