The house with an estate of approximately 500 m2 is situated directly by the sea (2 metres). It has 1 romantic terrace which offers a marvellous view to the Adriatic Sea. The house disposes of 1 apartment and 2 rooms.
The rooms and apartments are very fashionably equipped. The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
Since 1978 the landlord collected a lot of experience in the tourist - and catering trade - business.
According to your wishes the landlord is pleased to cook for his guests (A la cart).
The guest can choose between overnight stay, overnight stay with breakfast or half board.
There is a docking station for yachts in front of the house available.
Heavenly conditions offer the crystal-clear sea with his lovely blue colour as well as the unique nature landscape for divers.
