The holiday home "Kojakovic" is located near Dubrovnik, in the town of Orasac about 12 km from the UNESCO listed municipality of Dubrovnik . The house is rented the whole year. It disposes of an air condition plant (cool and heat) which makes it possible to enjoy a nice stay also in the cold months of the year.
