The houses are run multilingually and are situated in a very
nice and calm area. One of the two houses of Peric-Suhor is
50 m from the beach, the other one is 100 m away. The houses
are for rent during the whole year and do have electric heating
which allows stays in the colder months of the year. Only 500
m farther there are several restaurants, shops and coffee bars.
If you like fishing or cruising on the open Adriatic Sea
you have the opportunity to join the landlord in his fishing
boat.
Ambulance and Police are only 7 km away (Orebic).. Both houses
have parking lots for several cars. A grill is also at your
disposal. The apartments "Klara"are 2 appartements in each house, all of which
have a kitchen, a living room, separate bedrooms with a double
bed and up to 2 additional beds. The villa "Klara" are: 4 bedrooms with double beds + 2 auxiliary beds, 3 kitchen with dining-room, 2 living rooms, SAT/TV, 3 shower/WC, balcony with view on the sea, 1 Basen 32m2 with terrace 150m2, 10 beach couches, 1 grill with table, 1 parking lot for several cars, air conditioning system (whole house)
EA shower with toilet or bath/toilet,
a terrace or a big balcony are available too.
The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without
beach sheets, completely furnished kitchen with all necessary
crockery and cutlery as well as the consumption of electricity

There is a ferry going from Viganj to Korcula three times a day.
A car ferry is going from the village of Orebic, which is 7 km away,
towards Korcula several times a day. The touristic community of Viganj
also organizes trips to Mljet, Dubrovnik, Korcula and Medugorje.
Because of the mild climate and the mistral, which blows in the summer, is this a perfect location for sailing and wind surfing.
