The 3
houses with an estate of approximately 3'500 km2 disposes of
7 rooms and 5 apartments. The rooms and apartments are furnished
very attractive. Every apartment disposes of a satellite television.
In the garden there is a swimming pool. The atmosphere around
the estate is absolutely quiet and offers a marvellous ambience
for individuals in need for a rest. Even though the estate is
situated very central. All the houses have a central heating.
Thus makes it also possible to make a holiday in winter time.
All those who doesn't like the crowds in the high season have
the possibility to visit Vodice in the month of June or September
when you can admire the Adriatic Sea in a very relaxing and
not at all hectic atmosphere. Therefore you have the perfect
environment for relaxing completely.
There is the opportunity to make use of the barbecue. Furthermore
there is a house-owned parking place for 20 cars. Also for guests
who don't residence in our real estate we offer to overwinter
boats on some parking places (prices at request). The houses
are only situated in a distance of 100 metres. Shopping facilities
are in very short walking or driving distance. On the
beach he also rents water scooters.

Why don't you enjoy the autumn, the winter
or the spring with us in Vodice.
When it's wet in the north, cold and really foggy, we in Vodice
have a very mild climate and a wonderful blue sky. You definetley
will never forget this time.
Mr. Matesa will pick you up whether you arrive by plane, on a ship,
with train or bus and will drive you back on your departure day.
Those who are retired and regular guests who have been here several
times have a 10% discount from the 1st
November to 31th March.
The landlord offers one scooter and 2 bicycles for free use. (in
the price included)
The silnece and also the climate are simply wonderful at this time.
Exact the right thing for a perfect recovery.
