The house is situated in an open, quiet
countryside and offers a marvellous ambience for individuals
in need of
a rest. The distance to a low slope beach which is ideal for
children only comes to 120 metres. A nudist beach
is just 300 metres away of the estate. The apartment disposes
of a kitchen with living room, three bedrooms furnished with
double beds, a bathroom with shower
and a big balcony with a sea-view. The price
for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely furnished
kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption
of electricity and water as well as the
final cleaning.
Shopping facilities are nearby. There is a market just 1000 m away, several butcher's shops and restaurants, Cafèbars, discotheques, fashion shops, grocery stores, two banks and a post office, an outpatient clinic, several exchange offices and public transport. Cheap offers in the fall and spring months especially for pensioners. A grill is also at your disposal. There is also a house-owned parking place. Pedalos,kayaks,scooters and deck-chairs are for rent on the beach.
