On a site, which floorspace comprises approximately 1000 m2,
there is the holiday house with a tremendous view to the sea.
The beach with its sands and shingle is only 50 m away.
It is easily reached in two minutes on foot.
This beautiful house is set in a very quiet and peaceable location.The
house disposes of 3 apartments and 2 rooms.
Each apartment has its own living-room with kitchen, a coffee-machine
, a bedroom with twin-beds or double-bed and an additional bed,a
satellite television-set,a shower,
a toilet and a balcony with a table and chairs.
Each room has a double bed and a refrigerator,a shower and a
toilet. Private parking is provided free of charge.
The back garden has a huge barbecue for your own free use,a
number of garden chairs,a table, a rocking chair and a shower
with warm water.
The price for one apartment includes bed linen, a completely
furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the
consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
IIn the front there is a row of magnificent stone-pines.
You will enjoy yourself lying in their shade.
Nearby are tennis-courts,a diving school,a minigolf and
a food-store.
Pedalos,kayaks,scooters and deck-chairs are for rent on the
beach.
You can find several restaurants, fashion shops, supermarkets,
a post office and several exchange offices, only 600 m. further
away.
