The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without beach sheets, a furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the consumption of electricity, water and tourist tax. A grill is also at your disposal. A parking area for several cars is available behind the house. Next there is the possibility to use the washing machine. There is a market just 100 m away, several butcher's shops and restaurants, Cafèbars, fashion shops, grocery stores, two banks and a post office, an outpatient clinic, several exchange offices and public transport. The beautiful beach can be reached in only a few minutes. A harbour for yachts and speed boats lies only 50 metres from the front of the house. Wine, spirits and olive oil can be purchased from the house owner from his own production.
