It is only 150 m from a smaller seaport, and approx. 100 m from a larger seaport (for yachts and sport boats) away. There is a market just 100 m away, several butcher's shops and restaurants, Cafèbars, discotheques, fashion shops, grocery stores, a bank and a post office, an outpatient clinic, several exchange offices and public transport.
