The house with an estate of approximately
400 m2_ with a large terrace which opens a wonderful view
to the sea and offers a marvellous ambience for individuals
in need of a rest. The house has 6 rooms with beautiful view
on the sea, 2 with balcony and air conditioning system.The
house disposes of a hug hall with SAT-TV. Because of its 12
month working central heating the house can be also booked
in winter time. According to your wishes the landlord is pleased
to cook for his guests con his own produced biological vegetable.
(You have the choice to select your favourite meal yourself).
Hereby everything is prepared from fresh and biological cultivated
ingredients.The guest can choose between overnight stay, overnight
stay with breakfast, half or full board. Mr. Kukuljica will
pick you up whether you arrive by plane, on a ship, with bus
and will drive you back on your departure day. The landlord
offers one boat and 9 deck-chairs for free use. (in the price
included). The landlord also organizes trips to the Elafite-Islands
with a big boat.
Only 1 km away from the house there are several restaurants
and coffe bars.Shopping facilities are within easy walking
or driving distance.
Dubrovnik can be arrived in a 8 km drive.
