The multilingual-speaking runned house is situated in a very
quiet site and can be rented the whole year.
Additionally the house disposes of an electrical heating. Thus
makes it possible to enjoy a nice stay also in cold months of
the year.
The house disposes of 1 apartment and 3 rooms.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and has 2 rooms
with double beds, 2 showers / WC, one kitchen with dining-room
and one terrace with sea-view.
The rooms are on the first level.
The guests have a choice between: just overnight stays, or overnight
stays with breakfast.
According to their wishes, they can also use a kitchen situated
at the same floor.
The distance to a very beautiful beach which is ideal for children
is 200 metres.
The price for the accommodation includes towels, bed linen without
beach sheets, completely furnished kitchen with all necessary
crockery and cutlery as well as the consumption of electricity
and water.
Shopping facilities are within easy walking or driving distance
(50 metres).
A post office is situated in a distance of 300 m and a bank
is 400 m away.
A petrol and police station are 8 kilometres away from the holiday
house.
Mr. Handabaka possesses a boat suitable for water skiing and
banana boat riding.
