The multilingual-speaking runned house with bungalow is situated in a very quiet site and can be rented the whole year. The bungalows and rooms are equipped with a central heating, which also enables stays in the colder months of the year.
The house has: 3 room ***, 1 dining-room with SAT / TV, an upright, a very large terrace, and for the colder months a stove. The guest can choose between overnight stay, overnight stay with breakfast or half board. Guests who have booked rooms have at request the opportunity to make use of a kitchen with a dining room which is integrated in the house.
Two bungalows are equipped with: 1 room with double bed + 1 single bed, 1 small kitchen, shower / WC, 1 terrace with view at the sea and, and a separate entrance. The third bungalow has: 2 rooms: 1 room with double bed and 1 single bed, 1 room with double bed, 1 small kitchen, shower / WC, terrace and, a separate entrance. There is the possibility to make use of a barbecue, a telephone, fax and a washing machine. If you like fishing or cruising on the open Adriatic Sea you have the opportunity to join the landlord in his fishing boat. The landlord organises also trips in a large boat to the island of Lokrum, the city Cavtat, Dubrovnik and to the Elafiten - islands
Furthermore there is a house-owned parking.
You can find several restaurants, fashion shops,
supermarkets, a post office and an exchange office, only 100 m. further away.
With landlord one can rent Botte.
The distance up to the beach amounts to 50 m.
