The multilingual-speaking runned house is situated in a very
quiet site and can be rented the whole year.The house has 3
apartments. They dispose of a kitchen, separated bedrooms with
folding beds, bathroom with shower, SAT-television and a balcony
or terrace. Additionally all rooms offer a tremendous view to
the sea. Additionally the house disposes of an electrical heating.
Thus makes it possible to enjoy a nice stay also in cold months
of the year. The guest can choose between overnight stay, overnight

furnished kitchen with all necessary crockery and cutlery, the
consumption of electricity and water as well as the final cleaning.
The distance to a very beautiful sand beach which is
ideal for children is 100 metres.

A grill is also at your disposal. The landlord pick you
up at the airport by car.
Shopping facilities are within easy walking or driving distances.You
can find several restaurants, fashion shops, supermarkets, a
post office and a bank, only 500 m.
further away.
The distance to Cavtat and Dubrovnik is 10 km.
If you like fishing or cruising on the open Adriatic
Sea you have the opportunity to join the landlord
in his fishing boat.
